Athletic/Activities Registration- PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS Carefully

STEP 1: SPORTS PHYSICAL

Students in grades 6-12 registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file with the Athletic Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. Physicals are current for 12 months from the date of the last exam.  

• If you don't have a current sports physical, make an appointment with your doctor ASAP or you can also go to the Little Clinic at King Soopers or Healthcare Clinic at Walgreens and get a sports physical. You will need to upload a copy of the physical during Step 4 of the registration process.

Please DO NOT bring your physical paper to the Main Office. It should be uploaded to your registration account.  You can upload a .pdf or take a picture and upload.

STEP 2: REGISTER ONLINE 

Click on the sporting icon at the bottom of this page and start the online registration. If you are new to the online registration process You will create a Family account, then you will receive an email with a link to continue with registration. Click on the link and complete the seven-part registration. If you have previously registered for a sport, log into your family account and click register student. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Once you have completed your registration, you will need to wait 48-72 hours (Mondays-Fridays) for the Athletic Department to approve your registration. You will receive an email once you are approved.

STEP 3: PAY PARTICIPATION FEE(S)

The athletic fee is $150 per athlete and per sport season for both middle school and high school. It will not be posted to your Infinite Campus account until all try-outs for sports have been completed and rosters are set for all sports. Please do not pay before that time. You will receive an email from your coach or AD letting you know when the fee has been added to your account and you will then be able to pay online. You can also pay via credit card over the phone (303)989-1336 ext 138. Or you can drop off cash or check at the K-8 or High School front desk, please indicate the athlete(s) and season(s) you are paying for. Fees must be paid before the first athletic contest of the season.

Additions and Exceptions

If you are 

• A transfer to Addenbrooke (after the start of your 9th grade),

• A foreign exchange student,

• A home school student, or

• A student who attends another school that doesn’t offer the sport you are interested in participating in,

You will need to complete some additional paperwork. Please email thatfield@addenbrooke.org for additional instructions regarding your specific situation. All situations listed above have specific guidelines as mandated by CHSAA that we must follow.
